Ian was fantastic, understanding and empathetic. He made the process so much easier and offered us comfort that our pet was completely pain free.. We are so grateful that we could have closure in our own home rather than going to the vets. I would recommend anyone who is in this difficult position to call Ian - there is not a better way to say goodbye to a well loved pet.
